Despite the family pausing the music during Namaz, they were later attacked with sticks and stones once the music resumed. The victim, Akash Kumar, filed a complaint alleging that the mob, including Gram Pradhan Moin, forcibly entered his house, physically assaulted women, and used caste-based slurs.
