It applies to every electronic transaction required so far, including B2G, B2B, B2C and electronic delivery notes or transport documents. EDICOM is the First Global E-Invoicing Provider Certified in Greece for MyData Compliance. This certification authorizes EDICOM to operate seamlessly within the MyData platform across B2B, B2G, and B2C transactions. MyData acts as the central platform where information must be sent in real-time. The platform validates the information by assigning a unique identification code, called MARK, to each file. In the B2G sphere, as of January 2025, all government suppliers must send electronic invoices, and public entities must be able to receive and process electronic invoices. B2G e-Invoicing in Greece works via Peppol. Firstly, the required information must be sent to MyData. Once validated, the information must be sent to the KED Platform via Peppol. Regarding B2B transactions, no timeline has yet been published but Greece plans to make B2B e-Invoicing mandatory soon.
