In this episode 7 of the series, I stayed in Itoshima for one and a half day from 1 - 2½ Nov 2024. The stay was kind of FAILURE due to bad weather. There were a number of places I wanted to visit which included Sakurai Shrine, Zauo, Totoro Forest, Keya Observatory Deck, Keya Boat Tour, Raizansennyoji Temple e.t.c.. They were not far from where I was, but the weather was so rough that you just couldn't make any moves. Yeah, but I tried. Seeing myself as an explorer and stubborn enough, I went to Keya no oto Park in the hardest time which I shouldn't. The weather in Keya was extremely rough, the wind was so strong like Typhoon, I almost got blown away standing by the coast. I also refuged myself in a bus stop hut for an hour and my umbrella got blown inside out! But after all, I really enjoyed every moment in Itoshima because I saw my fear, my frustration, my curiosity, my ability to handle adversities and of course my stubbornness all within a few hours. That's my trip! +Sakurai Futamigaura is worth visiting. +Itoshima Seafood Restaurant was eliminated due staff bad attitudes, delicacy was not my first priority anyway. +Funakoshi Kakigoya or other Oyster Hut villages is a "MUST VISIT".
