NOTES: The recipe called for ground turkey, but I used ground chicken. Used a 12oz. bag of frozen cauliflower, defrosted in the microwave. Added a little garlic salt to the cauliflower. Used 1 tbs of butter instead of 3. Used less sriracha and didn't add the red pepper flakes to keep the spice at a minimum. Used beef broth instead of water. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DOUBLE THIS!
