The theme for World Heritage Day 2023 is "Heritage Changes". The main aim of this day is to increase awareness about the importance of preserving cultural heritage sites and monuments. The day provides an opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of preserving and protecting these invaluable treasures for future generations. India is home to some of the most iconic monuments in the world. There are 40 World Heritage Sites located in India.
