Hagalund's water tower is a now disused water tower in Solna. The tower, which was inaugurated in 1912, retrieved its water from the pebble ridge at Frösundavik. When the Hagalund Tunnel was built for the railway in 1908, the groundwater level was lowered and the wells in Hagalund ran low. They then applied to pump water from the pebble ridge at Frösundavik. There, a pumping station would be built and more than five kilometers of pipes would be buried up to Hagalundsberget and a new water tower. The Municipal General Meeting raised SEK 250,000 for the project with the community's property owners as guarantors. The new water tower was designed by architects Ivar Tengbom and Ernst Torulf together with his brother Helge Torulf, captain of the Civil Engineering Corps who designed the waterworks, in a austere national romantic style. It rises 62 meters above sea level and the reservoir held 250 m³ of water. In the tower there was also a residence of two rooms and kitchen for the machinist. Construction started in 1911 and the tower was inaugurated eight months later. The supply of water was good and in the 1920s the MainSta could also be connected. However, it was already decommissioned at the end of the 1930s, which was no longer necessary after the municipal association Norrvatten (which Hagalund co-founded) put the Görvälnverket into operation.
