With all the different protein bars out there, how do you know which one to choose? Well, now you don’t have to stress about the choice. Raw Vegan Chef Jason Wrobel whips up a batch of protein-filled raw vegan breakfast bars that are sure to make you happy. To a large mixing bowl add buckwheat groats, chia seeds, dried mango, and pumpkin seeds. Throw in hemp seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, and dried figs. Finish them up by adding salt, cinnamon, and Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein. Give that a quick mixaroo and then set it aside. For the binder, grind up some sunflower seeds in a blender, add coconut palm nectar, and then blend again. Add this sticky mess to your bowl of healthy goodness. Then get on in there with your hands and mix ‘er all up.
