Valiant Lady: Barcelona Departure on October 2nd, 2022 (with Wonder of the Seas, MSC Bellissima, +)

On October 2nd Virgin Voyages' Valiant Lady set sail on a 7 night Irresistible Med Voyage from Barcelona Spain. Sailing round trip from Barcelona she will make stops in France, Italy, and Ibiza before returning home. This was her second to last voyage in Europe for the season. Along with Valiant Lady the Norwegian Epic was in port leaving at 5:35 PM. Once cleared the Costa Pacifica departed at 6:15 PM. After that the Wonder of the Seas made her way out starting at 6:30 PM with a long backwards transit down the channel. The MSC Bellissima was the last to depart at 7:00 PM. Valiant Lady left at 6:20 PM making her way through the harbor. As she rounded the corner to pass through the small channel leading to the ocean she was met with crowds of people waiting to watch the departures. She was then met by the Wonder of the Seas who made her way backwards down the channel along side the Valiant Lady sailing forward to create a truly unique moment that you don't often see. Once she reached the ocean the skies lit up in yellow as the sun started to set with a beautiful light show over the entire city of Barcelona.
