Day 1 Journey Highlights: 🚗 Route Overview: We started our journey from Bhadreswar at 9 PM on 5th October 2024 and picked up a friend from Chandannagar. From there, we embarked on a scenic night drive, splitting our trip into two legs. Our goal for the first day was to reach Rambha, Odisha. 🏨 Stay in Rambha: We booked our accommodation at OTDC Panthanawas, Rambha, through the official OTDC website https://otdc.odisha.gov.in . After driving through the night, we arrived at Rambha around 12:30 PM on 6th October 2024 and were ready to unwind. 🛣️ Toll Plazas on Day 1: As we traveled through NH16, we passed several toll plazas, including: Jaladhulagori Toll Plaza – ₹130 Debra Toll Plaza – ₹80 Rampura Plaza – ₹95 Laxamannath Plaza – ₹80 Sergarh Toll Plaza – ₹60 Bhagada Narayanpur Toll Plaza – ₹150 Manguli Toll Plaza – ₹145 Gudipada (Gangapada) Toll Plaza – ₹115 Gurapali Toll Plaza – ₹100 Bellupada – ₹115 Laxmipuram – ₹145 MADAPAM TOLL PLAZA – ₹100 Nathavalasa – ₹110 💸 Total Toll Costs: Expect to pay around ₹1,425 for this leg of the journey. 🌅 Destination Overview: Once we arrived in Rambha, we had the chance to relax and take in the serene beauty of Chilika Lake.
