Epsom Salt and Milk have both been recommended for use in the garden as a pest deterrent, a plant nutrition booster for magnesium and calcium, and to combat diseases like milky spore on cucumbers and early blight in tomatoes. I'll show you how I have mixed them together and applied as a foliar spray. The mix that I used was 2 gallons of water, 4 Tablespoons of Epsom Salt and 2 cups of milk. I applied it to nearly all plants in the garden. This is only a test. We'll check back in a few days to see if I have killed them all, or if they are thriving.
