Gautam Adani के CM Hemant से मिलने की पूरी कहानी! सोमवार को सदन में गोड्डा में स्थापित अडाणी पावर प्लांट का मुद्दा उठा. पोड़ैयाहाट विधायक प्रदीप यादव ने सदन में ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव के माध्यम से झारखंड के गोड्डा जिले में स्थापित अडाणी पावर प्लांट का मुद्दा उठाते हुए सदन का ध्यान इस प्लांट की स्थापना के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण में अनियमितता, उर्जा नीति के उल्लंघन, कोयला आपूर्ति की समस्या और स्थानीय हितों की अनदेखी जैसी समस्याओं की ओर दिलाया. गौरतलब है कि अडाणी पावर लिमिटेड द्वारा झारखंड के संताल परगना प्रमंडल अंतर्गत गोड्डा जिले में पावर प्लांट की स्थापना की गई है. इस प्लांट से बांग्लादेश को बिजली की आपूर्ति की जाती है. Podiyahat MLA Pradeep Yadav raised the issue of Adani Power Plant established in Godda district of Jharkhand through a calling attention motion in the House and drew the attention of the House to problems like irregularities in land acquisition for the establishment of this plant, violation of energy policy, coal supply problem and ignoring local interests. It is worth noting that Adani Power Limited has established a power plant in Godda district under Santhal Pargana division of Jharkhand. Electricity is supplied to Bangladesh from this plant. Pradeep Yadav alleged in the House on Tuesday that huge irregularities have been committed in the process of taking land from farmers for the establishment of Adani Power Plant. Pradeep Yadav said that the Land Acquisition Act 2013 has been violated in the establishment of the plant. Pradeep Yadav alleged that the price of land which was earlier Rs 46 lakh per acre was reduced to Rs 3.25 lakh. Then later it was increased to Rs 12.50 lakh per acre. Pradeep Yadav claims that the farmers did not get the right price for their land. According to the MoU signed with the company before the establishment of the plant, the state government was to get 25 percent i.e. 400 MW of electricity from the plant. Pradeep Yadav said that this MoU was signed under Jharkhand Energy Policy-2012 in which it is mandatory to give 25 percent electricity to the concerned state. However, later all the electricity started being given to Bangladesh. It is worth noting that Pradeep Yadav had raised this issue several times in the recently concluded assembly elections. Pradeep Yadav has also alleged that the Santhal Pargana Tenancy i.e. SPT Act has also been violated in the establishment of Adani Power Plant. Pradeep Yadav claimed that the land reserved for public purpose was transferred to a private company. It is worth noting that the SPT Act was implemented in Santhal Pargana during the British rule. According to this rule, the land of tribals cannot be purchased for private or commercial use. This was done to secure the rights of tribals on their land. Pradeep Yadav has alleged that the SPT Act was violated here. Pradeep Yadav said that the Adani Power Plant has been established. 1600 MW electricity is being supplied to Bangladesh but in all this, development in the Godda Lok Sabha constituency is being ignored. Pradeep Yadav said that there was an agreement with the peasants that local people would get employment in the plant. Facilities like hospitals and schools will be provided here. But, this is not being done. During the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, the local people had claimed that they do not get jobs in the plant.
