Tip : If you want the chicken to be soft and tender soak the chicken in vinegar and salt water for half an hour and wash it with water 2 to 3 times. Ingredients Used: 1.For the marinade and Cooking chicken : Chicken – 1.25 kg Curd - 200g Red chilli powder – 2 & ½ teaspoon Turmeric – ½ teaspoon Salt as per taste Black pepper powder – 1 & ½ teaspoon Ginger & garlic paste – 1 & 1/2 teaspoon Juice of one lemon Oil – ¼ cup Butter cubes – 2 Nos. Coriander leaves for garnishing. Mix all of the above spices with the curd, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste and mix well, apply this mixture to the chicken on both the sides, and let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours or for a minimum of half an hour. 2.For the dip : Egg whites – 2 Nos. Cheese slice – 2 Nos. Cheese cube – 2 Nos. Butter cubes – 2 Nos. Garlic cloves – 3 Nos. Fresh cream – 2 tablespoon Milk – 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon Sugar – ¼ tspn In a jar add all of the above ingredients and blend well to form a thick dip and our delicious dip is ready. Procedure: In a pan add 3 to 4 tablespoon of oil and one butter cube, heat it, then to this add the marinated chicken pieces and fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn the side of the chicken and lower the flame of the stove, cover the lid and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes, by turning the sides of the chicken once or twice in the middle, after 25 minutes open the lid and drain off any extra water, then on top of the chicken pieces apply the prepared dip evenly on one side, garnish with some chopped coriander leaves, cover the lid and cook on low flame for another two minutes.
