An earthy-toned tropical home at Irinjalakuda | Concepts Design Studio

Client: Christy and Maljeev Area: 3000 sqft 4BHK Location: Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Steal a glance of GODIVA – an earthy tropical-themed 3000 sq.ft 4BHK home in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, near Christ College, designed by Concept Design Studio. Set on an 18-cent corner plot, it features a tropical elevation with sloped roofs, a dark grey textured cantilevered box structure, and rich terracotta roof tiles that enhance its bold and natural appeal. Inside, the home showcases warm wooden accents, textured cement tiles, and art-layered panelled bedrooms. A green-themed room with art elements, a luxurious royale bedroom, a cosy wooden staircase, and a vibrant yellow–grey kitchen create visual interest. With wooden and black aluminium-framed windows, the home blends tropical charm and modern comfort. A Positive Vision is the mainstay of a Positive Endeavour. Concepts Design Studio, which was established in 2009, is the vision of our Founder & Principal Designer Mr. Shinto Varghese Kavungal. He is a prolific designer of his generation, travelling parallel with the evolution of this career since 2005. For him, “The Career” and “The Passion” came together; a single frame into which he devotes his Heart and Soul, which has resulted into this fruitful maneuver.
