Documenting two beautiful old instruments that still work well for the amateur that we old guys dreamed of back when we were young. I did no try to document all the functions of the Wavetek 2001 but in S/S mode it scans from Start to Stop frequency according to the dial - it will scan up or down in frequency. The Delta/F is what I demonstrated whereas it scans +- the Stop frequency from the center Start frequency. Also, Trig gives one sweep and Recur keeps the sweep repeating - a very nice a broad frequency range device. Accuracy of the Fluke 8520A is excellent and gives correct readings in AC to better than 1 MHz.
