Now live - Winter Tollwood Festival in Munich

The Tollwood festival is a semi-annual event, the history of which can be traced back to summer 1988. Tollwood features encounters inspired by art and performances, Christmas market, bazaar and food, with a moto selected by the organizer each year. The Tollwood Winter Festival 2023 is held on 23. November - 31. December at Theresienwiese in Munich, with the moto of „Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life“ by Pablo Picasso. The entry is free and the parking costs 5€. We were there on the first snow day in Munich and it felt like a Winter Wonderland. After strolling at the outdoor Christmas market, we visited the indoor food stands with certified organic gastronomy from the world, and the indoor bazaar with various shopping items. We didn’t expect that there were so many visitors, many of which were tourists. If you haven’t been there, it is definitely worth of your time.
