This is a fun comparison video between the blockout final trailer phase and then the final product at the end that we came up with. Here is the 4K final full trailer: • Protégé Game in UE4 Protégé is an experience set in an abandoned and forgotten world high above the clouds. You play as a mechanical boy who has returned to the city to find his maker and discover his history. This short experience and trailer was created by Max Frorer, Steven Hong, and Peyton Varney at Ringling College of Art and Design as their Senior Thesis. Each of the areas were individually owned and created by one of the team members from the beginning concept, to the final lighting and textures. Rendered in real time inside of Unreal Engine 4, modeling was created inside of Maya and ZBrush and texturing done in Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
