Hi friend followers, if you are looking for information and advice on Lapland you are in the right place! 💪🏻 In this video I propose you a guide on Lapland, in which I will tell you what to do and what to see in Lapland. At the end of the video you will have ALL the information you need to plan a trip to this beautiful region. The topics I'm going to deal with are the following: 𝟏) When to go to Lapland? Both winter (December, January, February) and spring (March and April) have advantages and disadvantages. I will help you understand what is the right time for you by analyzing 4 factors: temperature, Northern Lights visibility, length of days and unpredictability. 𝟐) Where to go in Lapland? As you will have understood if you have seen my first video on Lapland, there is Finnish, Swedish but also Norwegian and Russian Lapland. Touristically speaking, the most popular are the Finnish and Swedish ones. You can compose your itinerary in a thousand different ways, but I will try to give you some ideas by suggesting some solutions. 𝟑) Do you need a car? It is not necessary. Many businesses offer transport included, and for those that don't, you can still get it for a surcharge. 𝟒) What to do in Lapland? If you're wondering what to do and what to see in Lapland, grab a pen and paper and write everything down! There are so many winter activities to do in Lapland! You can choose between fat-bikes, ice-fishing, husky safaris, snowmobiles and the famous sauna. Let's quickly see what to expect from each activity. I remind you to also watch the first two videos to find even more information. 𝟓) How to dress in Lapland? Obviously it depends on the period in which you go to Lapland, but I bring you my personal experience, the most critical moment is when you stay still, at night waiting for the Northern Lights. One evening we caught -8 ° and thanks to how I was dressed I didn't feel cold. I hope this information will be useful for you to get an idea and have a reference. 𝟔) Northern lights. One of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world and that you certainly won't want to miss if you go to Lapland, is the Northern Lights. But how do you go about seeing it? Unfortunately, there is no precise rule, but there are many tricks that will increase your chances of seeing it, such as checking applications and finding a point with a beautiful view and poorly lit so you can see it in all its glory. 𝟕) How much does a holiday in Lapland cost? Once again the answer is it depends… and it depends on the type of holiday you want to take, how long it is and the number of people. To give you a reference, I'll tell you exactly how much I spent. Consider that there were 6 of us and we booked two and a half months in advance. 𝟖) Organized or self-made travel? Surely organized trips are beautiful because you have the opportunity to get to know other people and before leaving you just have to think about packing your suitcase. On the other hand, if you organize a trip on your own you have the opportunity to save money (especially if you book in advance) and you can choose the days and duration of the holiday independently. The problem could be finding all the information to organize your holiday in the best possible way… but if you have seen all my videos about Lapland, you will surely have an edge (I hope!). ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Hope the video was useful to you!
