They'll repent of their sins, they'll have new desires for good, and most importantly, the Holy Spirit will change their heart and regenerate them. But in this video, we cover what the Bible actually says about this concept. Abraham is suprisingly the best example of how having faith does not automatically change the way you live your life. A lot of people think that because Abraham believed in God, he was a good person. But Abraham despite believing, sinned. Greatly. Romans Chapter 4 says Abraham was justified by faith, and Genesis 15:6 says that Abraham's belief was counted for righteousness. But, from the time of Abraham's conversion in Genesis 15, until his death, he continues to commit the same sins over and over again. Through this, we see that the common saying, "Faith Alone saves, but TRUE FAITH is never alone," is false. Yes, Faith alone in Christ allows someone to recieve salvation, but that faith absolutely CAN be alone.
