This lead to the development of Turing machine and Von Neuman’s CPU architecture. We describe how the Newtonian development of top-down description of physics arose in the background of Cromwellian revolution that overthrew of English feudal society. Spoken languages arose in special intimate societies like the primitive communist societies and is impossible to create in a modern society as it arose in special conditions of human intimacy. We contrast the neural network from the earlier top-down development of mathematics and physics. We describe the genomic bottleneck and how the brain arose due this need for storing more information, and the need for training and robustness of species. We also describe the emergence of the semantic atomic unit known as the “word” and how it is quantitatively described through “word embedding” as an ensemble average of it’s relationships as described by Karl Marx through an array of matrix values. Memory bottleneck is alieviated by the creation of writing, and printing books, which eventually lead to electronic books and scientific journals. The low-latency CPU architetcure gave way to the high-throughput GPU (like how dinosaurs developed wings), solving high-throughput bottleneck problem.
