Black sesame is one of my favourite ingredients because of it's balance to sweet foods- it makes for an unpredictable, unique and delicious dessert. Black sesame provides essential minerals like calcium, Magnesium, phosphorus, calcium , copper, iron and zinc which plays a huge roll in bone density! I promise you these are my favourite energy balls of all time- all you need is a food processor and a handful of ingredients- let me know if you try them!! Enjoy and sending so much love♡ Black Sesame Energy Balls Ingredients 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup hemp seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup black sesame seeds, ground*** 1 tbsp tahini pinch of salt 1 cup of dates a mixture of white and black sesame seeds to roll balls in Directions In a food processor, add all ingredients (except rolling seed ingredients) and blend until incorporated well and will stick together Roll into evenly sized balls, and then roll into the mixture of black and white sesame seeds Store in fridge and enjoy when you feel, lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge, months in freezer ***in a high speed blender, blend black sesame seeds into a flour and set aside, store remaining in the freezer and add to smoothies!
