Remove the tops and quarter the strawberries. 2. Add cut strawberries and add the remaining ingredients to the tin except the iced tea. 3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. 3. Fine Strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice. 4. Garnish with a sprig of mint. STRAWBERRY SMASH 2 Strawberries 1 oz/30 ml Vodka 1 oz/30 ml Peach Schnapps .5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice 3 oz/90 ml Lemon Lime Soda Method 1. All all ingredient to the tin except the Lemon Lime Soda. 2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. 3. Free pour into a rocks glass. 4. Top with Lemon Lime Soda. 5. Garnish with two strawberry slices. STRAWBERRY MOJITO 2 Strawberries 6 Mint Leaves 2 oz/60 ml White Rum .5 oz/15 ml Strawberry Syrup *** .75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice 2 oz/60 ml Soda Water Method 1. Quarter the Strawberries and add them to the glass. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the glass except the Soda Water. 3. Add some crushed Ice and stir. 4. Add more crushed Ice and top with Soda Water. 5. Garnish with a mint Sprig. STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 2 oz/60 Malibu Coconut 2 oz/60 ml Tequila Rose 1 oz/30 ml Strawberry Syrup *** Method 1. Add all ingredients to the Shaker. 2. Fill the shaker half full of ice and shake for 15 seconds. 3. Strain into a Martini glass. 4. Garnish with a Strawberry. *** STRAWBERRY SYRUP 4 oz/120 g Sugar 4 oz/120 ml Water 4 oz/120 g Strawberry Method. 1. Cut the strawberries and ass them to the sauce pan. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan. 3. Heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolves. 4. turn the heat down and simmer for 2-3 minutes. 5. Strain and allow to cool.
