Here is the Sindel Character Breakdown from the Fan-made PC mod that allows the Story characters to become playable. Sindel is nowhere near as complete as Rain, even as a variationless character. Her moves and strings are extremely basic and her damage is awkward and very hard to maximise, even with a lot of juggles her damage is weak. This is all understandable as she isn't meant to be playable. There is one element to her that's rather interesting though, and you can see it at the end of the video!
