Note in the 90s, it is Yugoslavia that is green, NOT Serbia. They formally changed their name from "Yugoslavia" to "Serbia & Montenegro" in 2003, and that is when the map updates. Rivas victory in 1989 is only ever counted as YUGOSLAVIA, cuz that was the country they competed for, even if they were from what is today Croatia. "Serbia & Montenegro" then competed two times as one nation, but then split up into two nations in 2007, when Serbia then won. So, the countries under the number board are Yugoslavia with one win (1989), and "Serbia & Montenegro" with zero wins (and later Australia there as well, with zero wins). In present day Balkans we have Serbia with one win (2007) and the rest of the ex Yugoslav countries with zero. Note that I don't own any of the audio in this video, and I'm not making any profit.
