Added Benefits of the New Series 104 4kV Version include: • 1000VDC stand-off improvement compared to the previous offering of 3kV. • Less susceptibility to damage from high voltage spikes and noise compared to similar high voltage semiconductors. • The increased stand-off voltage allows for an increase in the equipment specification and an increased high voltage protection margin for the extra safety and security. • Suitable clearance between the switch and coil pins to accommodate the higher voltage.
