Hey Chalkers, I went in on Tuesday for another iron infusion. My energy is slowing coming back. I need 2-3 more for my blood to reach a normal level. Normally, I’m the most active participant in keeping my house clean. With me no where near 100, my house is dirty. I’m complaining to my pops that these lazy kids won’t help. Pops: don’t worry, I’m going to fix all of that this weekend Me: how are you going to fix it Pops: I’m going to have a talk with them Me: tried that Pops: you not saying the right things Bad side: damn, we about about to get a lecture on parenting Me: what should I be saying Pops: I’m going to bring my lawn chair and park it in the highway (hallway), tell their rass to get to work, or I’ll put them back in remembrance! No one is too, old to prepare themselves! Me: when the last time you had to put someone back in remembrance Pops: your brother the other day, I had to remind him whose the pops and whose the boy! He was arguing with me about boxing, he knows I’m the expert. I pull out my vhs tape to prove it! When you establish who you are, the threat alone, makes them fall in line! Plus, I got money, you know I don’t make the grandkids prepare themselves, I leave that to the parents. That’s how I earned the shirt of best grand pops ever!
