Hey my Ghoulfriends 🖤 This vlog is really about showing up anyway, even when it feels uncomfortable, awkward, or scary. I’m working through my fear of vlogging in public, so I took you with me to one of my favorite cozy cafes and actually talked to you while I was there (deep breaths were taken 😅). In this vlog I’m sharing little moments that brought me comfort and grounding: a new lamp for my coffee station that I’m absolutely obsessed with, a fresh set of nails that are way outside my usual comfort zone, and getting outside in nature to remind myself how important fresh air and slowing down really is.
