I'd say that there is resistance based on how thick your honey is. I have the FDA approved nozzles and valves on mine - so it is approved for food products. This pump fills up to 9-ounces (by volume) - so I set it for 8-ounces, and use two strokes, plus a partial stroke to fill the jars. Depending on moisture content of your honey - this gets an average of 1.48lbs of honey in each jar. The last half of the video is the SAME as the first portion - just from a different angle.
