Let's talk about calipers. They are devices used to measure the dimensions of an object with typical accuracy of 0.02-0.05 mm. In first part of this video I will talk about main parts and how to use calipers, and this part is independent of the type. In second part I will explain how to read values on calipers, and this is different on dial, digital and vernier caliper. Most devices I have are metric, but from images I will explain how to read imperial calipers too.
