The program is hosted at the renowned and uniquely green Porter School, and equips the NextGen of environment leaders with an advanced degree from a uniquely Israeli and Middle Eastern perspective. Expect to cover some of the core issues currently challenging our world: courses include Environmental Policy, Climate Change, Food Systems, Ecology, and more. You’ll also get the opportunity to enroll in specialized courses and explore other environmentally critical topics as diverse as Water Policy, Urban Sustainability, Environmental Nanotechnologies, Marine Systems in the Mediterranean, and more. This innovative program also provides some real, hands-on experience, with local environmentally related field trips, project-based courses, and a unique professional internship that focuses on environmental advocacy and environmental planning.
