West Horsley Place is a Grade I listed building in West Horsley, to the east of Guildford in Surrey, England. There are eight further Grade II buildings on the estate, including two mid-19th-century dog kennels. The house dates back to the 15th century, and is a timber-framed building. It has 50 rooms. In the 16th century, it was owned by John Bourchier, 2nd Baron Berners, who made the first English translation of Froissart's Chronicles, and later by the Earl of Lincoln. Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and Guy Fawkes are among the many fascinating characters to have walked the corridors The house was called Button House when used in British sitcom BBC Ghosts filmed between 2019-2023 #dji #henryviii #westhorsley #dronevideo #aerialfootage #bbcghosts #tvcomedy #bbccomedy #westhorsleyplace #buttonhouse #surrey #travel #uk #england #djimini4pro #history #historicalplaces
