Today I’m making a chocolate cake🍪🍫 Ingredients: • Eggs — 3 • Sugar — 200 g • Butter — 80 g • Milk — 250 ml • Flour — 200 g • Cocoa powder — 20 g • Baking powder — 10 g • Chocolate (optional) Instructions: Whisk the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted butter and mix well. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Combine both mixtures. Then gradually pour in the milk, mixing thoroughly each time. The batter is ready. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan. Add chocolate on top if you like. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
