“Casual” KZZL radio 99.5 FM Le Mars Iowa 1985 The programming on this Aircheck is Kalamusic an IBMA member syndicated radio EZ listening MOR format. The tower was located at Souix City, Iowa and the studios in Le Mars. The general manager and owner was Paul Olsen of Le Mars and also owner of KLEM radio I recorded this when I was 7 years old and thankfully did not scope out the IDs and a full stop set. You can hear some of the old automation of reels and carts working on a possible Schafer or IGM automation system. Copyright exists in all recordings and this is used for historical purposes and education and Not For Sale.
