In this episode from Antarctica, we’re going to dive into the adorable world of penguins! 🐧 One of the biggest reasons I traveled across the world to get here was to see real penguins in their natural habitat — and you can only find that here, in Antarctica. During our 9-night journey, we saw so many penguins! I visited in November, which is right when the penguins return and start courting again. Their flirting ritual? They bring each other pebbles — just like how we give flowers to someone we like. So cute! In Antarctica, wildlife comes first. If animals walk past you, you must stop and give them the right of way. You're not allowed to get closer than 5 meters to them, and you can’t kneel or sit — only standing and walking are allowed. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience seeing them in the wild every single day.
