WARNING: Same thing over and over and over. You have been warned. Something I've been doing instead of playing Etrian Odyssey. I just finished getting all the achievements (on Steam) so maybe I'll play EO again hahaha There are issues with this game but I am enjoying it overall. Story issues (especially some of the dialogues - I'm sick and tired of BLAZE's Soul or Power of Idol or... yeah) and whatnot. Gameplay is decently fun, but ehhhhhhhh..... This video shows one of the 'issues' - the game is pretty abusable, if you know what to do. Very sloppy play here, but you can see why this is a problem easily. X-Drive: while active, your ally joins for a while and you get all sorts of bonus. One of the bonuses for Wind element is that this increases Strike Point drop by 1.8x (at Soul Level 4 or above). This effect stacks between controlling character and participating character (not sure how exactly; the game just says 'effect is stronger'). X-Strike: basically super attack. The effect doesn't actually consume in-game time (including X-Drive time). Can have partner participate to add more damage and hits. You get Strike Points as hit counter goes up. Not sure how exactly it goes - about 10 hits per 1? The increment changes as hit counter goes up too it seems. I'll watch the video or something and figure it out later (if I can't find information online). Once you get enough points (12 I think?) you can use X-Strike again. Ikaruga Element doubles hit counter. Kiraboshi Element boosts ATK and M.ATK based on soul point during X-Drive. Even outside of Ikaruga (which is available only at the end-game), there are enough fast multi-hits (like Asuka's ranged skill) that it hardly matters. Also tried using Windows Game Bar again for recording. Quality is definitely meh, but I didn't wanna bother setting up OBS for what is one-time thing.
