While the DLC has Mystia setting up shop in the Lunar Capital and Makai (from Touhou's PC-98 days) the main plot is about Mystia trying to catch Mizuchi (from Cheating Detective Satori). Before she can actually take on Mizuchi herself, Mystia has to train with the Lunarians so she can learn to spot Mizuchi when she's actually possessed someone. There are three trials to complete. -In the first trial, suspicious customers will ask for dish traits they don't usually like (you can also sometimes tell if a character says another character's lines). -In the second trial, suspicious customers will ask for drinks they don't usually like. -In the final trial, suspicious customers will mix up both orders and drinks. When the player/Mystia has (or thinks they have) the faker, you mix Toyohime's Capsaicin into their food. If you guessed correctly, the red bar will fill. If you guessed incorrectly, the timer goes down. You also "only" have 10 Capsaicins to use, but you'll run down the timer long before you actually run out of Capsaicins. To be perfectly honest, these trials are not that hard. I think these are supposed to test your memory but: 1) You can pause the game at any time and check Mystia's notebook to see if the dish traits line up. 2) You can also use the new (Apollo Justice style) mechanic to manually check if the character is faking it or not. This trial really isn't that difficult. It's just time consuming to double check every customer, which is why I cut out most of the footage in this video (I kept the reactions to the Capsaicin though. Some of the reactions are REALLY funny. I wish there was an easy way to actually show all of them). Just make sure you start with the Drinks (you can only put the Capsaicin into the Dishes). The perception mechanic is also a bit buggy (you can only use it when you're not in range of utensils or customers. You can also only control the perception with the WASD keys).
