So, you could think of this as the singara pastry version 2.0 We also realised that there are no reliable videos on YouTube for the sweet Bengali sweet chutney that is served with the singara in Calcutta. So, we decided to reverse-engineer one of our favourites—good old Ganguram. The chutney is both sweet and hot, and it gets its unique flavour from the spices used as well as the sugarcane jaggery.
