I picked up a really cool-looking vintage Whites Nugget Master metal detector at Myers Metal Detectors in Tampa, Fla. This detector is massive and has two large displays. Shortly afterward, I picked up a second detector as a backup and it was the Fisher F44. I took them both out on the same day for a short test run and it was a blast. The sound for the Whites Nugget Master is so loud and annoying. This is an awesome video showing just how technology has changed and how the guys back in the day had to carry these heavy detectors.
