GoPro Hero 2 Hacking with Bus Connector and Power Mode Pin 12

I've been playing around with the GoPro Hero 2 bus connector to learn what's possible. I have a few ideas to improve my FPV setup with the GoPro. I'd like to be able to turn the GoPro on/off using my Turnigy 9X as well as cycle through some of the camera modes. In addition, I'm trying to understand how to get composite video out of the bus connector so I can power an FPV transmitter directly from it. This is merely experimentation at this point in time. The GoPro breakout board I'm using in the video is from Kineteka Systems and has been discontinued. It's definitely the way to go if you're doing any sort of prototyping with the GoPro bus connector. The bus connector I was originally using can be found here: http://cam-do.com/GoProConnectors.html Let me point out that it's very difficult to work with unless you're a master with soldering small pins, which I'm not.
