Time Stamps: 00:00 - Intro 00:42 - Monday 04:28 - Tuesday 07:07 - Wednesday 09:53 - Thursday 13:01 - Friday 15:48- Outro Check out my IG: / clairelockridge Recipes: Monday: Oats: 1/3 cup oats ½ cup water 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 tablespoon flax seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds ½ tablespoon maca powder 2 scoops of collagen powder ½ tablespoon coconut sugar 1/8 teaspoon sea salt ½ banana Bake at 365 for 25 minutes Tofu Scramble: 1 tablespoon coconut aminos ¼ tea spoon garlic powder ¼ tea spoon smoked paprika ¼ tea spoon Turmeric 1 table spoon nutritional yeast Salt and pepper to taste Tofu and veggies of choice Brownies (my best estimates): 2/3 cup almond flour 1/3 cup coconut sugar ¼ tea spoon salt 1/3 cup coco powder 1 tea spoon baking powder 2 flax eggs (2 table spoon ground flax soaked in 4 table spoon of water) ¼ cup coconut oil 1 tea spoon vanilla Walnuts and chocolate chips Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Tempeh Croutons: Tempeh 1 table spoon tamari/ coconut aminos ½ tea spoon maple syrup Smoked paprika Garlic powder Chop tempeh and let marinate for at least 20 minutes. Fry on all sides until crispy. Tuesday: Baked Oats: 1/3 cup oats ½ cup water 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 table spoon flax seeds 1 table spoon chia seeds ½ table spoon maca powder 2 scoops collagen powder ½ table spoon coconut sugar 1/8 tea spoon sea salt 1/3 cup cooked apples/ apple sauce Wednesday: 1/3 cup oats ½ cup water 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 table spoon flax seeds 1 table spoon chia seeds ½ table spoon maca powder 2 scoops collagen powder ½ table spoon coconut sugar 1/8 tea spoon sea salt 1/3 cup pumpkin puree Dessert: I made these in a few videos back: • WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK// As a Student// Heal...
