Tiller Honda GX 25 Bogs Down/Dies Intermittently - Fixed

My garden tiller that I have had for about ten years started acting up last year, it would run great for awhile then bog down and stall intermittently when under load, it seemed like it would stall more frequently at full throttle, I could get it to run longer if I kept it at half throttle. I did all the normal things that one does, clean spark plug, clean air cleaner, remove carburetor take it apart and clean with carb cleaner, new fuel, new fuel line from gas tank to carb, none of that worked. The solution was to replace the fuel line that is inside the gas tank, the original line was getting brittle, it broke easily when I removed the gas filter that is connected at the end of it. It makes sense that at full throttle and under load the engine needs a lot of gas and it wasn't able to get it because of the degraded fuel line in the tank, its kind of like trying to drink water from a straw that has holes in it.
