I'm just using a Crystal Belt, but Cyclopean Coil is generally better before you get a hunter %attributes stygian or a mageblood: https://pobb.in/s9nb96wbUKw4 My gear a few days later, with a 2 flask Mageblood, a helical + cogwork setup for resist considerations (its better to kalandra's reflect a good helical, but I needed the res flexibility) and a very nice Greatwolf Talisman that I sniped, but some of the rest of my gear is still very budget and scuffed: https://pobb.in/Q286t7qiUVex Lastly, the high end version of the build to give you an end goal to strive for. You can always go on poe.ninja and look at others playing the build with high gear levels to get ideas of other things that can work. As long as you are stacking str/int in every slot you can and capping your resists, you should be 'ok'.
