If you have any questions on how to clean your unit, you can contact us on our Australian website via our contact page - https://vornado.com.au/pages/contact-us What You’ll Need A Phillips head screwdriver (ideally 100mm in length, Size 2)* A soft microfibre cloth Optional: A handheld vacuum cleaner A blinds duster When cleaning this 633DC, we didn't need to use the optional items as we were able to get the unit clean without them, but you might find you need them to clean your Vornado, which is why we mention them. *The 100mm length of the screwdriver refers only to the shank, and excludes the handle. In our video, we use a size 2 Phillips head screwdriver. If you only have a size 1 Phillips head screwdriver, as long as the shank is at least 100mm long, you should still be able to remove the screws.
