This video features my review and rant about the MVD Rewind Collection releases of Jack Frost and Jack Frost 2. These are goofy, horror classics that were just released on blu ray. There was an issue with Jack Forst 2 which I rant about in the video. I give you a look at both releases, their packaging and discuss the contents as well. #horror #jacfrost #MVD #physicalmedia #bluray Jack Frost and Jack Frost 2 were directed by Michael Cooney. Jack Frost stars Christopher Allport, Stephen Mendel and Shannon Elizabeth. Jack Frost 2 stars Christopher Allport, Eileen Seeley, Chip Heller and Marsha Clark. Both films were originally distributed by A-Pix Entertainment, Inc. Social media: Twitter - @jeffman316 Instagram - jeffman316 eBay - https://www.ebay.com/usr/jeffman3169 I do not own the photos and videos of the film, but they are being used under the fair use act. The Copyright Laws of the United States recognizes a “fair use” of copyrighted content. Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states: “Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” This video and my YouTube channel in general may contain certain copyrighted works that were not specifically authorized to be used by the copyright holder(s), but which I believe in good faith are protected by federal law and the fair use doctrine for one or more of the reasons noted above. If you have any specific concerns about this video or my position on the fair use defense, please contact me so we can discuss amicably.
