Lincoln parkrun #555 21st February 2026️ 🦖 Jurassic Takeover Jim's 50th The last parkrun of winter was still waterlogged from the incessant rain, but it was the warmest day of the year, and Spring is Sprunging.... https://www.parkrun.org.uk/lincoln/ https://www.parkrun.org.uk/lincoln/re... https://www.parkrun.org.uk/lincoln/news/ and Facebook Report: / lincolnparkrun Welcome to all this week's First Timers 👏 As usual, the footage resumes just after I've finished (8th in 19.55) so apologies to those faster finishers I've missed, and for some immediate heavy breathing being out-of-breath. 😮💨 It's not a monetised 🤑 💰 channel, or a competition for most views, and I won't be retiring anytime soon! 😅 & is not about me, but just a bit of fun for the benefit of those who attend, & is a record of everyone's efforts & fun on the day. 👏 So it isn't particularly short & sweet - but you know where the Forward button is! It's great to see so many waving 🙋♂️ and smiling (or grimacing 😬) thank you, & enjoying themselves. Can you spot yourself, or your loved one/pal/deadly-rival? Anyone who doesn't want to be on (for whatever reason, none required 🙂), please just let me know, or mention it to the RD. 🙂 I'm quite easy to spot! 🤩 or message me e.g. via Facebook messenger from my regular video posts on the Lincoln parkrun page. I've included some screenshots from the Lincoln parkrun website that you can just pause on to read at leisure. See the links above ^ Sorry for when there's my fingerbobs obscuring the lens occasionally, oops 🤦♂️ D'Oh! Also, sometimes when going through the woods, the picture can give an 'underwater effect'. Apparently this is when there's just too much detail (e.g. all the leaves) for the camera to process in a reasonable high quality, with its limited memory. Seems better now I've reduced the frames per second to 30 from 60. Cheers, Anthony 🏊♂️🚴🏃♂️➡ Mahoosive thanks to the volunteers who made this event happen: Jim ARAM, Gillian BARBER, Stan BARBER, Holly BATCHELOR, June BRAMMER, Steve BULLEYMENT, Tean BUTCHER, Lincoln CHAPMAN, Sian FAIRWEATHER, Stephen FEARN, Georgette FRANCIS, Thomas GOSLING, James INGAMELLS, Andy M JONES, Julia KEY, Keith MACKENZIE, Malli MALPASS, Amanda MUMBY-CROFT, Imogen MUNFORD, Simone MUNFORD, William NGAO, Luke ONYON, Rick PARKINSON, Sandra PURDY, James RALPH, Emily SKINNER, Julia SKINNER, Dawn THOMAS, Richard TITCHMARSH, David TOYNE
