Why does the Eachine E010S fly longer than the Inductrix FPV? Does it need a mod?

One of our viewers, FrancisDron E, pointed out a video here,    • longer TINY WHOOP flight with the LVC mod!  , and asked if this same voltage mod needed to be done to the E010S. The Inductrix FPV cuts off the battery WAY too early. 3.9 volts to be exact. In that video they show how to fix that.
