Qigong for Lower Back Pain: Hip Openers & Core Stability

This Qigong for Low Back pain routine helps revitalize the lower back, hips, waist and spine. We do this by opening the joints through silk reeling qigong, activating the glutes and abdominal muscles through physical training, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors through daoyin Dao Yoga, and relaxing the muscles and nerves by nourishing the Kidney Yin and building the lower dantian through Qigong standing and moving meditations. Please be careful with this routine. Only do the exercises that you can without pain, and consult a physical therapist or physician prior to attempting this routine, especially if you have prior injuries.
