Try this lovely recipe, it's a treat for the eyes as well as the taste-buds! Ingredients (noted in the video) Method: 1. Heat the butter using the bain marie method (or in the microwave) until it is in the melted form and keep it aside. 2. In a big bowl, break in the eggs. Whisk it while adding in the sugar, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar. 3. Add into the bowl: flour and almond flour. Whisk the mix well. 4. Add in the milk in two separate quantities. Each time whisk well. Add in the cream. 5. End by adding the melted butter as well as the rum. Keep the batter aside. Switch on the oven now to 200°C. 6. In a separate bowl, take the cherries, wash them well and using hands, break away the stems. 7. Take a baking tray of 20cm diameter and pour in all of the cherries. 8. Pour the batter mix over the cherries. 9. Place the tray in the oven for 30 mins. 10. At the end of 30 mins, scatter bits of butter all over the tart. Also, scatter 2 tsp of brown sugar over the surface. Bake it in the oven for 10 mins. 11. Once done, take it out from the oven and let it cool down until slightly warm. Serve with cream.
