CREAMY BUTTER CHICKEN- Quick And Easy | Nargis’ Kitchen

And also comment what recipes you’d like to see in the future ❤️ Ingredients: •Marination of the chicken: 3 chicken breasts cubed 3tbsp ginger and garlic paste 2 heaped tbsp of yoghurt (I use Pakeeza) 1.5 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 2-3 heaped tsp Kashmiri chilli powder/paprika 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp Garam masala •For the sauce: 2 tbsp oil A knob of butter (I use willow butter) 2 medium onions 9 cloves of garlic 2 inch piece of ginger 3 green chillis 3 large tomatoes 1.5 tsp salt 1.5 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 18 cashew nuts 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder/paprika 1 cup of water •To cook the chicken: 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp butter (when adding the chicken to the sauce) 6 cardamoms 2 small pieces of Cinnamon 2 small pieces of bay leaf 1 cup of water 1 heaped tsp of ground kasuri methi 1 heaped tsp Garam masala 1/2 a small pot of double cream Follow me on Instagram: @Nargis_Kitchen 💗 @letschitandchaat 💗 Be sure to like, comment, share and subscribe!
