INGREDIENTS 1 apple 1 tsp lemon juice sprinkle of cinnamon TOPPING 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Dice apple into small cubes.Add to a small oven-safe dishwith lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and mix to evenly coat. 3. In a second bowl mix together rolled oats, melted butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until wellcombined. 4. Spread oat mixture on top of apples. Bake it at 350F for about 20 minutes until the topis golden brown 5. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes so you don't burn yourself, then enjoy! I love topping mine with a scoop of vanilla greek yogurt and cinnamon.
