Enneagram Personality Myths DEBUNKED

The Biggest Myths of Each Enneagram Type, Debunked. As an Enneagram Coach I come across all the common myths, mistyping's and clients just plain confused because their behaviors look like a different type. So today I hopefully will put to rest some of the biggest myths of each Enneagram Type. Mistyping is way more common than you might think, and it happens for several reasons. The first is when too much weight is placed on behavioral characteristics. While behavior is important it's not what we want to focus on when trying to figure out our type. Another reason I see is people come across Enneagram memes and relate to them and it causes confusion. Another reason people mistype is based on their level of development at the time they took the test or read about their type. A lower than average One, for instance, may look similar to an average Four, or a lower than average Eight may isolate themselves like a Five. To add even more fuel to the fire, there are also wings and subtypes to take into consideration. To get rid of some of the confusion surrounding how different types can show up, in this video I go over some of the most common myths of each type.
